The following caps are discontiuend via digikey and this is what they recocommended.  I figured I'd ask the community for some input. 

C204: original discontinued part: P3497-ND / recommended digikey part: BC1599-ND

C100, C101: original discontinued part: P11423CT-ND  / recommended digikey part: 445-2429-ND

For P3497-ND more suitable can be:

but IMHO - in the RIAA EQ you may want to use something better. (I'm not a fan of Micas, but
