EE Minimax DAC (Sold)

5190.

This is my 5190th post and it's my first trading post.  I have sold some gears but I never used the trading post.
Anyhow, I have this unit that is not even broken in.  I got in in the initial introductory offer and had it shipped to Occam to upgrade the op amps.  It's a nice DAC but it really does not fit my plans.

$775 shipped CONUS.  I pack well and I ship fast.

That's a looong time to hold your water.

So what did Occam do to it (exactly)??

And where are you shipping it from?

Wonder if the warranty would still be honored?

I don't know about the warranty but this is what Occam did.

Presently, your EE dac is using 2 pairs of LT1028s mounted on adapters (to make them dual ICs) for the I/V conversion chips and a single LT1028 for the outputs of each channel. The use of these high precision ics allowed the output coupling caps to be bypassed.
