How to Install a Mac OS X to a PC has been done many moons ago. Now it cannot be more easier. Thanks to our friendly Mac hackers. This is going to be in my future project.

Cool, I'll have to check this out. I did a proof of concept OS X install back in 2005 when I had some free time.

However for 600 you can buy a mac mini.....

I agree with you about the cost vs mac mini. Last time I checked, Mac Mini's processor only goes to up to 2.66Ghz Core 2 Duo.

Good value for $600 with i3 2.93Ghz with Windows XP or 7 installed will fly like a rocket. Then later, upgrade that to a i5 or i7 for truly a powerful Windows or Hackintosh. I am stoked!

No photochop, it's the real deal. V 10.4.1 didn't care what processor was used so any x86 will work. This was when OS X still used a BIOS. There was a bit of hacking involved.

On another project I turned an ATI 9800 Pro AGP graphics card I had in my PC into a MAC card by flashing the ROM. A friend still uses it a Power Macintosh G4 Sawtooth I refurbished.
