I don't know where else to post this. A disc got stuck in my PW trasport New Year's Eve. The manual said that I should stick a paper clip in a little hole under the drawer ( they even showed a picture) to activate the emergency release. Unfortunately, there was no little hole on my unit.
I patiently waited until this morning to call them but they're still closed for the holiday. I then sent emails to everybody who has an address listed on the site. Paul McGowan got back to me a few minutes later and told me that because I have a newer unit that works differently and I could download a new manual from the website that would show me how to remove the disc. I went back to website and downloaded the manual but it was the old one with the picture of the hole. I emailed Paul to tell him that they still had the old manual up but I never heard back from him.
Is there anybody out there with a newer unit (or manual)  who might be able to advise me on this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you try this:

"The first is to turn off the rear panel power switch and reboot the PWT. As soon as the PWT has been restarted and the eject icon appears, press the eject icon and the drawer should open."
