here is his claim. after readin a second time im not sure if he is trying to claim there is a 20 year warranty: You are looking at a used Lexicon 501 5 channel amp. This is the same as the Bryston 9B amp. It is in very good shape and is currently working in my system. This unit is one of the very first produced by Bryston for Lexicon and has a very intresting fact about it. The amp actually has Bryston moduals in it. According to Bryston the first few units out of the factory had Bryston labeled moduals installed because the Lexicon versions had not been completed on time, so to meet a shipping dead line they choose to to install Bryston moduals. I have had to have two of the amp moduals serviced by Bryston, and as such the factroy covered the repairs under warrenty. (Bryston is 20 years/Lexicon is 5 years) Eigther way the unit s in great shape and a good addition to any system. I have choosen to upgrade to a larger amp so this one goes.
