Is homemade eggnog safe? It is if you spike it and wait 3 weeks.

Yes it's safe to drink within normal time periods.  No, you can't keep it for three weeks even if you spike it, the alcohol will not kill the bacteria.  But hey, you can go ahead and try it, please report back your findings...after you get out of the bathroom...at the hospital.   :duh:
