Well, if the video clip was shot in India, or Pakistan, I would cost more than the amp is worth to ship it to Bryston for repair, and back to the owner.. "doncha think?'
It IS hard to really know what was going on.. but is does seem they are not speaking in English..
Also, they might have aquired it from someone who moved there from somewhere that sold Bryston, and no-one in that country does.. Nor any Bryston service center...
