BDA-1 Facia Plate
« on: 21 Dec 2010, 07:41 pm »
Hello

Could someone kindly answer a quick question for me please?

Can you change the facia plate of a BDA-1 from Black to Silver? If so, is it a dealer type of task or something you could do yourself?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Carl  :)

Hi Carl,

Yes it can be changed but not something to do yourself.  Getting all the little buttons and lights to line up is not easy.

Thanks for the quick reply James; it's very much appreciated  :)  Have you any inclination as to what a UK dealer would charge for such a service James?

If he's handy like me more than the cost of a BDA :D

I would say contact PMC and see what they can do.

Well I’m glad I was sitting down when I spoke to PMC. They’ve quoted me £450+VAT to change the facia  :o with VAT that’s £540 ($844)  :nono:
