I have for sale an Electrocompaniet AW220 amplifier. I bought this a year of so ago from Audiogon for $850. It's performed flawlessly in my 2 channel system. Very musical with exceptional control. Recently checked out by Jeff Jackson of St Louis Computronics at an amplifier clinic he was running. He was astounded by how distortion free this amp is. I'd rate it at an 8 out of 10 for some small swirls on the plexiglass faceplate. The box is a little beaten up but I'll make sure it's boxes well for shipping. Buyer pays shipping. If this is the same amp I heard at your place with the Avalons, this is a real bargain. The amp measures great and sounds even better. Don't let the modest power rating scare anyone. It has plenty of current drive for difficult loads. Sounds more like 80 class A watts.
