Looks like you have some tracking issues the way your arm is jumping around. Must be a Grado cartridge. LOLOLOL

If you look closely you can see that it's a Goldring 

That bit of wobble was really down to the fact that the deck is one of those jelly belt drives

Yeah, you could have.........but then you would have been stuck with that DD jitter.........I have that in my CD player........annoying as heck.

Pretty hard to overcome inertia at such elevated RPMs. Perhaps you are hearing just plain poor D/A conversion jitter? I suggest a DAC.
