At the risk of being obscure and politically incorrect, I would say "Song Of The South" has been one of my favorites. Being born in 1951, it is the first film I saw at the show that knit 'bigger-than-life', blazing color, music and words all together and got me jumping.
I know, plenty of Disney since then that has done it for other generations.
Perhaps its distance (haven't seen it since a kid), or political incorrectness, or the fact that I wore the grooves off of my 78rpm record set that cements it in my head.
