Please note that factory testing and matching is NOT as accurate as what we offer on the Grant Fidelity Premium Grade A tubes, but these factory matched tubes may still be within acceptable quality for many cost conscious consumers especially during the economy downturn.
Grant Fidelity will provide warranty on behalf of manufacturer on defective tubes, but do not guarantee the accuracy of the testing results provided by the factory. DOA tubes or defective tubes within warranty (30 days from purchase delivery date) can be returned to us in Canada by Postal Service for replacement. Customers will pay for return shipping and replacement shipping (from our Hong Kong warehouse).
