Original owner selling Audio Note M1 Line Pre-Amplifier. This is an earlier version M1 with side input RCA connections and (2) 12AU7 tubes. Features balance and volume controls, four input connections, tape loop, and two output connections. Original and unmodified, it sounds great and in the fourteen years of ownership it has performed faultlessly. A great introduction to the Audio Note line of pre-amplification and a good platform for modification with premium Audio Note parts (caps, resistors, signal wiring, etc.).
Appearance is very good. There are a few very minor marks visible on close inspection and the top of the chassis cover was re-painted. Accordingly, it is very conservatively rated at 6/10.
I’ll include an unused Volex power cord and four sets of premium 12AU7 tubes that all sound great in the M1:
