Physical CD Storage for CDs and Liner Notes
« on: 1 Dec 2010, 09:12 pm »
I have a large collection of CDs - 6000+ and I was thinking of pulling them from the cases and storing them in ??? , but I want to store the liner notes along with the CDs.  Most of the binders I have found don't store the CD and Liner together.  Anyone know of something that would work?

Narrator - if I posted in the wrong circle, I aplologize, but couldn't see a circle that seemed to fit

Thanks to the late Gordy, I use these.  Not cheap though.

I use slappa cases - also a bit on the pricey side.

The "360 disc" option has 180 double pockets:  I use one of the pockets for the disc and one for the booklet/liner notes.  But at 180 discs to a case, you'd need 34 of these to house 6000 discs.  Even 17 cases housing 360 discs each sounds like a fortune.

Seems there's also a "box" option: http://www.slappa.com/d2i-cd-storage-box?sc=2&category=1074

Take a look at these.  They hold the cd, the booklet, and the tray liner.
