These have the Infinity CMMD drivers. Ceramic metal matrix drivers, same as used in Revel's mid line speakers, and praised by Floyd Toole
here. Drivers are coated both sides of aluminum cone with ceramic layer, which stops all resonance in audio band. The tweeter is also CMMD. I have a bunch of these entra speakers, the drivers sound awesome. The crossovers are easy to upgrade to get the most out of the drivers, or pull em out for diy speaker projects.
