Yes probably if it is 100deg outside.  People always do that here in NYC every summer (July-August).  Sometimes it is easy to spot nice looking half-naked college girls.  :lol:

I swim in Lake Michigan almost everyday...that fountain is probably cleaner :lol:

The water in a perfectly clean swimming pool would be "non-potable" so that wouldn't play into my decision. However, I'd certainly want to know why it's green. Maybe it's a St. Patty's day thing?

But she is kinda cute, and does look very happy.  :wink:

The water is green because it is recycled.  Algae love the yummy nutrients in recycled water. MMMMMMMMMMMM nitrogen and phosphorous. 

Of course that is only part of the reason.  Any standing body of water will develop a healthy algae bloom if not chlorinated or treated with an algaecide.  Just ask any pool owner.
