You can't listen to Maggies at very low volumes and call them high end. YMMV.
That's a very limiting requirement IMO.
The whole idea of seriously listening to music IMO is that you want to be thrilled like you are at a live concert. That's why people spend big bucks on "high end".
Listening softly is a compromise brought on by one's domestic situation and people who have to choose "soft listening" will need a completely different music system to those who
don't need to turn it down.
