Has any one experienced in opening the front/back panel of Icon?
i got the screws out, but just couldn't figure out the next step

Just pull out the knobs from theis axes, and you'll be able to get the card slip out freely.

Remove the front 4 screws, and remove just the Volume Knob and the nut/washer.  The front panel will come out with the selector knob still attached with a cable connected to the main board, you may carefully yank the cable connector out, or just slide the front panel with the circuit board from the rear.
