Ok come on!! The guys at gizmodo are such crybabies. Regardless of where you stand on this issue, is it really that difficult to figure out that the speaker icon with the big freakin line through it means mute? Bullshit. It's even more disingenuous when you realize they've probably been playing with the iPad beta for the better part of a month.

One last note I don't think Apple gives half a crap what Gizmodo thinks after Jason Chen paid for an ill gotten iPhone 4. They are blacklisted by Apple and most journalists or anyone for that matter with any sense of what's right should be disgusted by that.
