Couple of pics of my new Timbernation Platforms

Just got these today.

They are 12x15x3 Cherry Flat Grained Platforms.

Will put them into the system and report on the improvements (hopefully).

I don't know the first thing about wood...are those finished?

They look to have a lacquered finish (clear). Cherry is naturally reddish.

They do have a clear finish.

For some reason I thought they would be a little darker in color...

Oh well, they do appear to be well made.

I will put them into the system and see if they make a sonic difference.

Cherry is photo sensitive, so its color will change with time and amount of light exposure.
