Point and shoot recommendation?

Point and shoot recommendation?

Im looking for a camera in the $200-400 range to take skiing with me.
good zoom
good sensor
geo tagging
good stabilization
no SLR it needs to be able to to go in a case and my inner pocket.

I have a plethora of rangefinder cams from the 1940's to the present... my fave is a Minolta Hi-Matic 9, they all work flawlessly and have excellent optics. I don't think I paid more than $20 for any of them. But if you must go digital... I can't help you.  :green: Ok, a used Canon G series digital, can't get any better. Geo Tagging? You want a camera right?
