Thats a great speaker from a very talented designer! Ed does a great job with MTM designs especially. When I first got into audio I was considering his modified BIC Venturis as I didn't have a lot of money and was assured by many, it was a decent speaker for the pricepoint! I do wish it was in Maple or light wood or I would consider it. Good luck
