This is a Plextor PX-B120U External USB 2.0 Blu-ray BD-ROM.

It is top loading and is USB powered.  It is currently for sale at Newegg, Tiger Direct & J&R for $100 w/ free shipping, but is available at Buy.com for $25 w/ free shipping.

The Plextor website description says it is bundled with Cyberlink PowerDVD software, but Buy.com does not specifically mention it.  I called Buy.com, and although they could not verify that the software was included, they did say that is was a factory sealed retail version (not OEM packaging), and should include what the manufacturer specifies.
