Streaming buffer size?

Streaming buffer size?

Under "Itunes --> preferences --> advanced" I came across "streaming buffer size." The default was at "medium" so I set it to "large." I assume this is to avoid dropouts when streaming to an Airport Express or the like, yes?

It seems to be for buffering content coming in from your network connection - http://www.apple.com/itunes/how-to/index.html#tips-buffersizes - and not for playing out to Express/TV

Glad I asked. Shows what happens when you assume. Apple does have some very nice support info out there online. Guess I should have looked there first. :oops: Thanks, John. Keep up the great work.
