Pharoah Sanders - Black Unity (a two-fer which also has Thembi release, but I just listened to Black Unity).

Weather Report - Live In Tokyo
Two CDs. The first one, the drummer is the star and everyone else is just briefly chiming in without adding much content at all.
The second CD sounds like a terrific band, all contributing to great music.
All IMO, of course.
