Made it to the used record store today at lunch

Just about doubled my mono jazz collection to go with my new mono turntable set up

While I wasn't familiar with George Lewis, perennial or otherwise, I'm really groovin' to this Dixieland swing! The 1958 mono LP sounds absolutely fantastic--it was a cut out at some point, and its previous owner didn't give it too much love (or was very gentle). I love it when that happens!

The Wildest!

Been looking for this record for a while. Bingo! It was $5 at the used record shop. While I'm only into the 1st track, all I can say is "WOW"--great toe tappin' music

Edit: Well into the second side and this is quite possibly the best $5 I've ever spent on music! Can't stop tappin' my toes!
