Just picked up this recording. Amazingly tight ensemble playing. Extremely polished stuff... sometimes almost a bit too polished for my ears. As much as I can appreciate the humorous and clearly difficult arrangements, I really start to enjoy this CD once the remarkable soloists start to blow- the soul then emerges. I'm definitely going to check out their other recordings.
