Price is per piece. A usual price for compression tweeter coaxials in that size, and no need for a sub (just for some space).

(click on "Full-range", then model number, then model number under the red "pdf" at the bottom of chart)

The 6.5" HX165 looks interesting, too. It's only 1 dB less sensitive than the 10" HX255 and 1.5dB more sensitive than the 8" HX205. I'm guessing this is a function of the very light moving mass by comparison. It seems to have the same voice coil and power handling as the 10" HX255, surprisingly. It costs €222 each versus €280 for the HX255.

Beyma have a very similar 6.5" driver. Could be fine for ML-TQWT or BiB. But the resonance on this driver in forums was rather pro people complaining about the sensitivity than home people wanting to try something else than usual.

If someone need a good and cheap 8inches coaxial I could suggest the BEYMA 8BX, just 180 dollars/each and it have a very good bass.  Maybe it work in OB as the QTS are 0,68.

Got the Ciares for 170€ per piece at teamaudio.fr
With just a cap in front of the tweeter and the woofer running fullrange I think I can already say I like the sound of the kapton tweeter. More transparent than mylar and less agressive than titanium.
Wish me good luck for the crossover :icon_twisted:
If I don't make it I run it fullrange plus high order highpass, but after measuring the woofer I prefer a conventional two-way.

Looks really good. Yes, try to control the 200 Hz peak. I have used my small Trends 10.1 T-amps for both the 18 Sound 6ND430 and the B&G Neo3W in the Blindstone OB with good result. However power is a bit on the low side for high SPL without distortion so I do think of going for higher T-amp watts.

In a touch of madness I put a tube into the baffle, what should have made the peak worse, but somehow it does absorb it.
