Their show coverage does a better job than I could ever do, describing what what going on in the room.  Jack was doing some rocket science with his speakers.  Sounded very open and airy to me   Burp.

Honestly am waiting on Your's truly (Seth) but can't wait for the next show we decide to do. RMAF was awesome, and Jason and I look forward to the next one, meeting some of our customers face to face was a great experience and enjoying new friends after the show (even though some of our time was much too short, ie time with the Ninja family) was just wonderful!

If I wanted all of my stuff destroyed I would use UPS to ship it lol
we use Fedex and USPS exclusively for a reason, not to mention Ive seen to many guys at shows (even this year) missing boxes and gear because they thought it was a good idea to ship their stuff and fly.
Another reason we drive is because we enjoy road trips and I have whats called Chronic vestibular migraines and menier's which causes major motion sickness and vertigo on a plane and I'm not interested in being dizzy and sick the whole weekend

some people say they know how I feel but none of them get dizzy watching roller coasters or 3d movies

I think it really just depends on the driver at the receiving location. UPS does a much better job delivering stuff undamaged to my house than FedEx.

As a business I agree with Jason we will never (ever) use UPS again. You can insure till your hearts content but they will not pay a claim and it will get damamged eventually with them. FedEx is a much more honest and upstanding company to work with and we were referred to them by several other audio companies after getting burned as well.

For the average consumer you are probibly fine as a company it's not worth the risk or money.

I have heard of UPS paying a damage claim one time.  It was when someone sent me a pair of speakers that arrived damaged because the speakers struck each other in the box during shipment.  The claim was paid because it was the UPS Store who packaged and shipped them.   

Otherwise, I doubt the damage claim would have been paid.

Almost anything can happen when you ship stuff to and from shows. Some years ago I was working for an AV Industry mfg. We sent several large boxes of new product literature via UPS to be held for us at our hotel. One of the boxes never made it. Eventually the hotel called the mfg. and said they found the box in their store room and should they send it back. This was 12 years later!

Oh, yes, good eyes.  That was the ill-fated Sensation II, launched at RMAF 2009 but never put into production.  We also flubbed on a DAC and the Virtue THREE that show.  Not a high point in my life.

As discussed in the HiFiZine article, this one was cobbled together by Michael Mardis and an English a-hole (no offense to you on the other side of the pond) who was very fond of the word "Fantastic."  The amp ran at 38v but didn't sound great and had just too many problems to put into production. 

I ran out of patience and money and it was demonstrated to me that at 30v, Sensation I was a winner!  I already had most of the parts for it in stock (we added things like a soft-start)...  and that's what we're selling now.  It's a great amp and Gary came along with the buffer and made it better.
