new system up and running

I have been planning a system for my bedroom based on a Zen Select triode for ages and it is finally up and running.  UPS delivered the Select, wood base and rotary switch box around 5 and the tubes were glowing by 5:30.  I am running it with Parker 95 MKII's and it is a match made in heaven.  The sources are my used Rega P3, SME arm, low end Benz cart w/ a Rotel SS phono pre, the Toshiba 3950 that Rosconey has been raving about ($49 after rebate from Amazon)  sounds better than my Arcam 72 and a Samsung HiDef directv  receiver (the jazz and classical music channels are almost worth the monthly by themselves.  I found a cheap 22" hidef LCD @ buy.com and so everything is kind of small and really cool.  PS Audio pc and Signal Cable magic box, cryoed outlets from ven haus along w/ whatever IC's were in the drawer - Bolder M80, diy.com Superlatives, Harm. Tech.
6 hours into burn-in and this little puppy is just thrilling to listen to.  I am very pleased with it.  This system is very detailed yet not at all fatiguing to listen to.  Great sound.

I've heard the Select with the Parker 95s, so I'm sure it's a killer bedroom system.  Does the Toshiba have volume controls or will you be gaining some forearm "tattoos" trying to reach behind the Select to adjust the volume?

got my first "tattoo" last night from it.  So far the sound quality has outweighed the inconvenience of no remote but I'm always futzing w/ something anyway.  The 3950 has lots of gain BTW and I usually turn it down first and then back up.  No reference points.

OOPS, I PM'ed you when I meant to reply-ignore it.
