I couldn't find in the XR45 manual anything about whether the sub out is xo'd. I'm assuming it is. If so, do you know if it matches what you picked as the xo frequency for your mains? (100/150/200)
If you wanted more xo flexibility, I suppose you could go from your binding posts to the high-level inputs on a sub amp, but you are still handcuffed at 100/150/200 for your mains... right? (unless you went full range)
External xo units like the Marchands utilize the low-level outputs between the preamp and amp to set xo frequencies. Since the Panny is a receiver, you would need a unit that can take high-level inputs and outputs and place it between your receiver and speakers. Does such a beast exist?
