FS: Stello DA 100 DAC

Looking to sell this Stello DA 100 DAC!  It's in great shape, I'm selling due to change of plans in my secondary rig.  Features inputs: USB, 2x optical, coax, and RCA outputs.  Bypassable 192khz upsampling.  Comes with original box and manual.  Looking for $450 shipped.

If it matters I am currently looking for a Firstwatt F1 power amp (or maybe Aleph 3).
