When I upgraded my B60 I was called when it was ready to ship back to me and asked for credit card info.   Very friendly service too.  You guys and gals run a good ship James.

I was at work too.  I gave them my cell phone number.  Luckily I wasn't in the middle of anything I couldn't drop at the time.  If I was, I'd have called them back when I had a few minutes.
