Never. The turkey gets stuffed _after_ everything is cooked and served.

I have done one on a Weber Kettle, my off-set smoker, and my Primo (Greek Egg like grill). Brining is essential. It turns out great

I have grilled a turkey once. It turned out ok. Last few years I have been brining and roasting in the oven and they turned out fantastic. Brining sure is the way to go.

This year I am doing turkey for a local church and I am planning to smoke it in my UDS.
