This is a one-of-a-kind turntable custom Townsend Rock Elite II turntable, no motor and arm included. Mostly modified by previous owner. The motor drive and arm as shown in photos are no longer available for sale. It started out as a Townsend Rock Elite II turntable. Then a separate wooden box to house an outboard motor was built sitting next to the turntable as shown in the photo. The wooden motor box is attached to a second level platform which is made of a ½ inch thick MDF board, which sits underneath the original turntable. The current arm board (3/8 inch thick black acrylic plate) is drilled for Rega type arm. I also have a ½ inch thick air dried maple arm board drilled for a Linn type tonearm colored to match the outboard motor box. I have an upgraded double outrigger/paddle set for the damping trough and tonearm as seen in photo. I will also include the original outrigger/paddle set for the Rock Elite. There is also an original Rock Elite screw-type record clamp that I will include beside the record weight that I am currently using as shown in the photo. This is an excellent table and the custom parts are well made and looks great. However, you will need to add a motor and a arm. It will give anyone many years of vinyl enjoyment.
