I just remembered the Oscars are tonight, or I think so. I'd try to find it on TV, but I don't wanna wade thru a few hours to see who won the biggies.

A well deserved 11. It was pretty easy to predict most of em, but I was really disappointed that neither Depp nor Murrey won. I thought they were the most deserving, but that's the way it goes.

It's great to see a fantasy flick get that kind of recognition, IMO.

I agree Depp should have won. While Bill did a great job, I don't think it compared to GroundHog Day or Scrooge.

I think it was easily the best performance of Murray's career- as good as those others were I always had the feeling he was playing himself, pretty much like he always does. But in Lost I felt he really stretched himself as an actor and showed a facet of his personality that he rarely lets us see. Oh, well. I didn't catch Mystic River but I'm sure Penn was very good, as he always is.

i wanted depp to win

that was a performace that you wont forget once seen.
didnt enjoy translation that much-ok but nothing major-didnt see the others
