I'd be curious as to what other recommend, but consider "In Absentia" as a start.

Given that you're a drummer, I'd wager that you are in for a treat.  Gavin Harrison is excellent:

I think I have most of their offerings. "The Incident" is the only one I've not connected with (yet?)

1  In Absentia
2  Stupid Dream
3  Deadwing
4  Lightbulb Sun
5  Signify
6  Fear Of A Blank Planet
7  The Sky Moves Sideways
8  Up The Downstair
9  Coma Divine
10  Recordings
11  Voyage 34
12  Warszawa
13  Arriving Somewhere
14  Metanoia
15  On The Sunday Of Life
16  Staircase Infinities

Enjoy,
Bob

I have this listed under the Music Circle; but just in case anybody hasn't seen it, I have an extra ticket to tonight's show at Radio City Music Hall.

Ed -

You'll like them, I have Nil Recurring, Fear of a Blank Planet and Lightbulb Sun.

I also dloaded the song 'Cloud Zero' from iTunes after hearing it on Pandora, need to get the rest of the album, Up the Downstair.

And if you like them, check out Silversun Pickups, I recently got their last 2 albums, Swoon and Carnavas. They too have a drummer you'll dig.

If I wasn't flying out for a weeklong conference tomorrow morning I'd jump on this.

I'd love a chance to hear "The Start Of Something Beautiful" live, 1st PT song I heard that grabbed my attention.
