Wood knob replacement for your Virtue

Hi all
I am getting custom wood knobs for Virtue Sensation amp. If you like to get one for your baby let me know. Custom finishes possible.
Cost for Zebra, figured Maple - $20 shipped
Less exotic finishes - $18 shipped
Gloss and satin finish.

I am ordering Zebra 5, Figured Maple 3 and Cherry 2 for starters. If the quality is good and satisfaction high we can order some more.

And no, I do not make money on those.

Quantity discount is very tinny (0.25c for 15 and 0.50c for 30) so........

Please jump on this opportunity because I won't do it for too long or in large quantities.
If it gets really popular or out of hand I will handed over to Seth as I am busy as it is.

BTW
If you think it will make your sweet amp sound better ......, so be it. I won't argue with that. But it sure will make it look COOL.

I am getting replacements for my RWA, Maverick, Dodd, Nelson Pass B1 buffer and 2 passive attenuators from Poland.

Will post pics in a week or two.

If you want to wait till then, that's fine.

I am interested, so please put me down for a cherry. Are you getting any in different sizes? I need a new 1 1/2' diameter knob for my dac and it would be nice to have them match.

You got it.

As to the other size...... I need the size (depth X width), finish (gloss or satin), shaft size (6mm, 1/4" or other). It also might be a bit cheaper since the guy charges by the square inch + labor.

Sensation volume knobs are really big that is why the cost might be a bit higher.

But it is still a good deal.

Depth is 9/16
Shaft is 1/4 round
Satin or glossy? hmmm
I guess satin since the finish on the Sensation tops looks to be satin to me. If you think differently, let me know or use your judgment based on the samples you are seeing. I trust your judgment.

Was going to ask about your EE pre.....that would look cool. Not sure about the DAC but that is your call. You still have time to think about it. Smaller size knobs = better price and 1 shipping (shipping will be $5 for all (as long as it all fits in Priority small box) - smaller knobs $15 each in those finishes)

Oh yeah, Louis and Seth are the good guys. Always trying to give something back to the little guy.

I am happy for them and they sure deserved some recognition.

I can post pics of the samples or wood finishes tho.

At this moment, I just try to find out how many we need to order - 1st batch.
I also need original plastic inserts for Virtue big volume knob shaft. (they might come in by the end of next week).

If you need something right now, we have a member here at AC who specialize in knobs of all kind. He might be a better choice for some less patient clientel.
