hi
as james tanner nentioned newer ver.of bp25 from a year on, have different gain stage transistors ,than the older bp25. from what year on was that change?
did that afected the sound of bp 25 or not?
anybody who knows about it please?

Hi Babis,

I am sorry but we do not have a serial number or a date for you. It was just before we moved to the BP26.  We do not think it made that much of a change in the performance though.  It was more to do with the availability of that type of component and a bit better spec.  The major change came when we went to the BP26 in the power supply delivery system and the internal changes in the BP26 to accomodate the new power supply.
