To better serve your needs, please either post in this thread or pm me to describe your problem and I'll try my best to help with your situation.
In case that I can't really troubleshoot without actually looking at your unit then, at your expenses, you'll need to ship your unit to me so our technicians can properly repair it.
I will not make any money on this but just merely provide a service to Melody end-users so hopefully when it comes time to upgrade, you'll stay with us.
