I bought this scope and function generator a few years ago. They've served me well, but I don't feel I've used them enough to warrant keeping them. The scope was calibrated in May 2003 (shortly before I purchased it) and includes a P6108 10x probe. The function generator outputs sine, square and triangle waves from 0.1Hz - 1 MHz at up to 10V P-P into a 600 ohm load.

Asking $110 plus shipping for the oscilloscope and $25 plus shipping for the generator.
