Horns, that is!
How about these babies?

Consonance M12 from Mike Pranka.  Guess what I'll be playing today!  Nevermind, just stick your head outside and you will be able to hear me.  Now Scott and I can do some DJ work with the Cornzillas and these!!

I don't know if I could ever beat MerRev, but two speakers in one weekend is pretty good.  I have a new twist on them and they are starting to sound better. (they haven't played in over a year)  Dig this: my own JBL 1400

Oh, yeah they play loud and clear in the front room. May have to work with more (some?) stuffing in the cabinet to tame the bass.  WooHoo! they can rattle the front room but good.

And they are ready made to pop the 511s on top.  That wouldn't be too much of a good thing, would it???????
I'm having the best weekend.  Hope everyone else is enjoying Labor Day as much as I am.

I forgot to mention that the manual clearly states "Do not use high volume when playing karaoke. The microphone should be far away from the loudspeaker or the sound will damage the loudspeaker."  I've never read that one before.

LOL... I'm sure that we can do something to lesson any resonance or peaking with that driver.. maybe some damping or stuffing or both... maybe even some enable'ng to...
