Can't figure out why Black Sabbath's Sabotage is on that list from the link, let alone #8.

For the record (no pun intended), its an awful cover.  But no where near the rest of that list.  Not even close.  The rest are unintentionally hilarious.  Sabotage is just bad.

Yeah, but that album was comedy/satire.  Why shouldn't the jacket be the same?  The really ridiculous covers are the ones that tried to be serious and failed miserably.

Yes, it looks like a painting... probably from some 14 year old angsty girl with "cutting" scars and a bad, depressing poem to go along with it.
