Big Price drop! McIntosh MR-73 FM/AM Stereo Tuner, Beautiful condition. The best I've seen for a piece of this vintage. Updated and aligned by Terry DeWick in mid 2007. Most certainly should be trouble free for another twenty years. The glass is like new, and the chrome super clean. There are only a very few small 'imperfections' that wouldn't be seen from two feet away, that keep it from being (literally) just about perfect. This is an exceptionally full bodied, robust & rich sounding tuner. Not a hint of 'solid-state' sound. Nothing else sounds like a Mac tuner, and for an early SS model, this is more tube-like sounding than later models that proceeded it. I'm told it now exceeds the original specs, Price lowered to $499. Prefer local P/U, or shipping - at cost - within CONUS.
