Little Feat cofounder and drummer extrodinare Richie Hayward passed away yesterday from liver problems at age 64.

We all lost a true drumming genius, he was way ahead of his time, his performance on "Waiting For Columbus" always inspires me. I studied his technique for years and met him on several occasions while living in LA..."Thanks Richie, THANKS!!!"
