With transmission line bass and specified cut off around 25 Hz you should be OK in that room (with the prescribed treatments). But I'd be concerned with standing waves as the room dimensions will promote reinforcement. If possible I'd think about lowering the ceiling (the ideal height would be around 6.5 ft ).
The "golden ratio" of room/cabinet dimensions is 1.618 of height to width (or width to length). The square of that number is 2.618 would then be the ideal ratio of height to length. The ancient Greeks had discovered this 2500 years ago (they used an 8:5 ratio). This makes for a visually pleasing appearance for interior spaces and, for those stone temples, helped reduce echo.
