Could not resist sharing this bounty. Grilled marinated chix thighs topped with cilantro cucumber salad and grilled zuc. Yum!

What was the marinade for the chicken??

Marinade was lemon infused olive oil, herbs de provance, crushed garlic, salt and pepper and a splash of herb vingarette.

I just started messing around with the salad toppings, the cucumber salad was a nice addition adding both texture and flavor.
