Can you say what vintage these are? To my knowledge there are three versions of the Gold; A "standard" one, a very expensive and now discontinued one and the latest Gold+. I own a lesser KCI and anyway you cut it, these are great cables. If I had the cash, I would jump on them. If I remember, a while back John offered to have any second-hand cables be sent to him for a check and cryo'd. Don't know if that still stands though;
