Personally, if you want to just purchase one and be done without any DIY.
I would order a
http://rythmikaudio.com/F12.html
and be done.
What you posted will definetely make a boom and noise but if you want nice tight bass, you need to look at the Rythmik IMO.
Of course it's more expensive...
