It's 7 miles from my house! in Raleigh, NC...   
Lincoln theater has excellent sound, probably the best bass PA of any venue I've heard.

Yep,,, me too. I (mis)read (north)east and had me already thinking about a long NYC drive to such an event. But North Carolina would be a stretch for this Vermonter.    Damn shame as this would make for a killer November weekend.

You might want to narrow the location.  The "East Coast" encompasses about 2,500 miles.
